SENIOR DIRECTOR
IMPACCT BROOKLYN
Naila Moore is the Senior Director – Programs & Policy at IMPACCT Brooklyn. In her role, she works closely with the Community Organizing, Small Business Services, Data and Marketing & Outreach departments to shape community programs aimed at helping Central Brooklyn communities to thrive. She is also an integral part of building IMPACCT Brooklyn's relationships with external partner organizations, community leaders and local government agencies. Drawing upon her education in Anthropology (Hunter College) and Tourism Management (University of the West Indies), Naila continues to produce change at the neighborhood level while expanding her capacity as a nonprofit professional. As a testament to her passion for community development, Naila is an alumna of AmeriCorps' Public Allies of New York (PANY), the Center for Community Leadership at ANHD, New York Community Trust’s Leadership Fellows Program and Community Resource Exchange’s High Performing Managers Training. She is currently a member of the inaugural cohort of the Institute for Nonprofit Practice-NY CORE Program.
