About this session

The purpose of this workshop is to affirm the need for self-care in order to be present for those in our lives. We will address daily self-care routines, mindfulness, coping skills during Covid 19, and letting go of the stigmas associated with seeking mental health. We will pursue financial resources and legislation that will be supportive of mental health initiatives in marginalized communities.
